Shipping Policy for Pigéon Catering King Cakes

The Krewe of Bacchus is proud to ship our signature king cakes nationwide during the New Orleans Carnival season. To ensure the highest quality, we partner with Pigéon Catering to prepare and ship our king cakes. 

Shipping Schedule:

• King cakes are shipped Monday through Wednesday to preserve freshness. 
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) CST on these days will be shipped the same day. 
• Orders received after 12:00 PM CST will be shipped the following shipping day. 

Shipping Service:

All orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Shipping. Most recipients within a 150-mile radius of New Orleans will receive their king cake the next day. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes—please provide a valid residential or business address. 

Delivery Assurance:

Your king cake is placed in perfect condition in its shipping box. While every effort is made to ensure a flawless delivery, Pigéon Catering, Krewe of Bacchus, and FedEx cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses (e.g., missing apartment/suite numbers or incorrect zip codes) 

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all shipping address information is correct at the time of purchase. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Damaged or Stolen Packages:

If your package arrives damaged or is stolen, you must report a claim directly to FedEx within 24 hours of delivery. Visit the following link to submit your claim: FedEx Claims (https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support/claims.html).
